OVER THE MOON Reading Club, no. XXI: Moon Knight Vol. 9, issue #190

mk 190

Happy 2018, fellow Loonies!

Hope you had (or are still having) a great break over the new year period. It’s a new year, and we are as keen as ever to kick off Into the Knight with a bang! What better way to do so than to review the next installment of the latest Moon Knight run (Volume 9) #190, headed by Max Bemis and Jacen Burrows.

It’s safe to say that this issue has garnered the most controversy so far so it’ll be interesting to discuss our main Aspects for this one.

Also to start the new year, we are pleased as punch to have a very fine guest narrator for the Bare Bones. Daniel hails from the ever enjoyable “Geek Street Podcast” and he’s well versed in the podcast arena and has been a follower from the start.  It’s always a pleasure to have someone share our ITK journey whom we equally respect and admire so can’t wait to hear Daniel take on the Bare Bones in our OVER THE MOON review!

There are already plenty of comments made in our Moon Knight #190 Spoiler thread in our Facebook Group and we look forward to reading out some of the Loonies’ thoughts on the latest issue. There’s still plenty of time, so if you want to drop your two cents into the mix, please don’t hesitate to drop us a line on any of the platforms as shown below –

Finally, as Connor’s Funko had arrived over the Christmas break, we’ll also be doing another toy review, and this time it’s the Funko Pop Classic Moon Knight! This little gem was initially released through Walgreen’s but we managed to get out hot hands on it, so we’ll take you through the pros and cons of this latest figure and compare it with the Mr. Knight version.

With that, we’ll be sure to scrounge around any news on Moon Knight we can find and be sure to keep you all posted on the latest trends, rumours or news on our favourite Avatar of Vengeance. That’s it from me – look forward to having you on board for the next exciting podcast episode!

May Khonshu watch over the denizens of the Night,
